The World Famous City | The Ultimate City of Freedom


Well, that might be the best words to describe Amsterdam as a whole. I got to Amsterdam in Summer 2009. The journey was started from Dusseldorf - a small town in Germany, roughly about 3hours by the high-speed train, which is among the most well-known in Germany,  ICE.

I was in Amsterdam for 3D2N. It was such a great experience having a short visit in Amsterdam. The thing that attract my attention most was the number of people who riding bicycle on the road and sharing the same route with other traffic users. UNCOUNTABLE!!!! In fact, as you come out from the train station aka - Hauptbahnhof, you will see a bicycle park, not car park, but bicycle park. ( as you can see from the photo below.
